善于倾听-does not hog the spotlight

包容-works with as may people as possible

可信赖的-meet each and every commitment he/she makes("to avoid taking on too much, say"no, I can't…",being punctual")

有趣的-organizing efforts involve a lot of hard work, but they also are sources of great joy.

不断学习的-is always open to input and respects others
